"Our stay at La Nueva was exceptional! The entire staff made our stay, from greeting us outside the front door when we arrived to tea and snacks as we checked in. Friendly, so helpful and kind, and extremely accommodating! The food was excellent and the Sky Bar was beautiful. The wait staff felt like friends. The property was lovely and the rooms were just the right size plus had a great bathroom and shower. They arranged cars for us, had my son’s suit dry cleaned in a day, and even packed a breakfast for an early morning flight. Have never had such incredible service at a hotel and could tell they loved their jobs and working with guests from all over the world. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to going back someday. Thank you Jimmy and everyone there for making the trip for our son’s wedding practically perfect! "

"Fabulous stay, the hotel was beautiful and atmosphere very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and we were able to book a massage workshop in the spa whilst we were there, the workshop was excellent and included a massage as well. There is a discount for the spa if youre staying at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, there was also a cook to order menu. The bed was very comfy. My only complaint was that there were hairs left in the bathroom from the previous occupants. "

"The people at Splendid is what makes it a special place. Customer service was five star and could be compared to some of the top end hotels of the world. In fact, better than most five stars hotels that I have stayed in like the JW Marriott and Taj. Fantastic location in the old quarter. The rooms are nice and roomy but the bathroom was not as nice one would get in a four star hotel. Overall package and the price point makes it a very compelling choice "
