"Everything was great. My only advice to the property is that in room 938, the sliding bathroom door is noisy and operates roughly. The shower curtain will try to cling to you when you shower. A curtain rod that bows outward would eliminate this. Lastly, the bathroom should have an exhaust vent. These issues are minor and would not prevent me from staying again. Valet parking will cost you $43/day. "

"Staff was excellent and professional. We stayed on the 16th floor. Outlets and light switches were not working near the bathroom, which we mentioned to the staff upon checkout. Temperature was probably set at a certain limit, and we weren't able to set it any higher than we would have liked (it was a little bit chilly at night). Overall, a nice stay for the price. Good walking distance to restaurants and stadium. We felt safe walking around the area. "

"Great location for PPG arena events, right next door. Staff handled very high volume check in smoothly and friendly. Walkable to downtown areas and baseball stadium. Clean room, awesome shower pressure, quiet AC, and room (on 4th floor) was quiet for a packed hotel. If ever in Pittsburgh, I’d stay here again for sure. "
