"The staff is what makes this property such a wonderful experience! No matter the individual staff members function, they are all focused on excellent guest experience! Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! She greeted us daily and made sure we were always being taken care of!"

"Easy and quick check-in. Gave us $15 credit at bar towards drinks and an upgraded room because we booked through Expedia.com. Convenient location to eating locations and services. Room is clean and comfortable. Ample, free parking."

"Good place for the price. Far from most things so the free shuttle to Old Town was very useful. Not a perfect score since the wifi never worked for us and we were doing a work-cation for some of our trip. Were told by the front desk that they were aware of the issue, "the wifi works on phones but not laptops" and we were welcome to come use the lobby wifi. No plans to fix it either apparently. Cell signal was also limited so hotspotting was less than ideal. "

"This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was modern and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing I would change is the elevator. It made a horrible noise when using it."

"Staff were all GREAT! The room was very clean and large. Pool wasn’t big but was never so busy we couldn’t get chairs. Definitely check out the Hot Tin Roof bar and restaurant. Best Peaches and Cream Old Fashioned! Best drink I had in Key West! Overall, would stay again and would recommend! "
