"The daily shuttle service is a great amenity! It was easy to sign up for the time of day we wanted to head into town and the drivers were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. You could see that they genuinely enjoyed their work. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, as well as offered suggestions for places to go and explained any logistics we made need to consider. I had stayed at this hotel a long time ago and, unfortunately in that time, the airport has grown in its flights, in that there are times during the day when a plane is taking off over the hotel and it is loud. That is really too bad, because this hotel has a ton of amenities (great pool!), excellent staff and service, and the noise may have others consider staying somewhere else. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Bay very much! The property is older but I loved the location. It is clean and everyone was very helpful and friendly. On the other hand I will say the "beach" is not really a beach, but is a relaxing place to watch the water. They also did not provide the "colorful sarongs" as stated on their website. We did use the fun desk to book a tour, very easy! All in all a great place to stay and The Stoned Crab had delicious food and wonderful service! We would definitely stay there again."
