"The hotel was very good. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn’t very big but was as expected. My only negative and no fault of the hotel is that it is in a quieter area so some nights most of the stores and restaurants close by close early. "

Breakfast included too, which again was a complete bargain and very tasty. Loads of continental offerings, drinks and decent fresh coffee. I will always book here to work in the area. "Great hotel that was easy to find. Very close to earls court tube station which was great for exploring London. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. The bathroom was overall clean but the shower itself had a bit of limescale and the smaller shower head didnt stay up but the bigger head worked perfectly. Good value for money overall. "

Set on a busy main road it’s pretty noisy at night but understand this can’t be helped. There was rubbish under the bed, scuffs all over the walls and door frames, thin pillows & duvet & shower kept running cold. "Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "
