"This hotel was great for the price. Clean with comfortable beds. There is a big Tesco close by and an underground station within 10 mins walk. I have been to London before and stayed more centrally and did not find this inconvenient. Did not find the hotel noisy at night, and it felt secure. "

"Unfortunately the person who checked us in did not appear to know what he was doing. Upon entering the room the WiFi didn't reach out room. Our shower and shower door were both broken and almost unusable. The duvet was ripped and there was no remote control for the TV. Side note very small towels. Upon reporting all of these things at the time of checking in we were told that nothing could be done till the morning. When we checked out we reported it all again and where told that we should have...

The staff was nice and helpful when I have reported that the radiator seemed not working in the room, they provided the probable heater, and offered a compensation of late checkout. "
