The service by the staff here was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond. The accomodations were unmatched, my family and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel they have everything you need!

The Pelham was magnificent - Perfect in everyway! BEST - location CAN'T be beat. across from tube station! tons of restaurants nearby. etc etc. STAFF - wonderful SOOO nice. Gabriel (concierge) was wonderful, and so helpful in details. rest of staff gracious and nice. room - large and sooo comfortable.

The staff at the Pelham Hotel in Kensington was top notch! Thomas, the concierge, was incredible and went above and beyond. Location is impeccable with tube access across the street, bus access out the front door, and walking distance from many sites and wonderful restaurants

The location is ideal and near excellent restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and informative. The hotel restaurant and overall hotel was clean and the food was tasty and presentation was welcoming. I felt safe and would definitely stay again. Room gave the feeling of royalty.

I haven’t stayed at the Pelham for several years and the staff and service was fabulous. Anna at the front desk was so nice and helped. Thomas the concierge was amazing. He helped me with which tube to get on as well as walked with us to the train platform so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. He was an amazing asset to the hotel. We will be back!!

The Pelham is a little slice of London living in what was once a townhouse in South Kensington. It's so charming and beautifully designed by one of the hotel world's most talented eyes - Kit Kemp. If you're looking for a boutique hotel in one of London's best neighborhoods with walkable access to museums, restaurants, pubs, Hyde Park, the tube, then this is the spot.
