"This was a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right across the street from South Kensington station - easy to get around with connections to several underground lines and bus routes. Did not realize I needed heated bathroom floors in my life until my stay here. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!"

"Had the pleasure to spend the night here for my 30th. The staff at reception received us nicely and were very helpful. We got our room upgraded for free and when they found out it was my birthday, a member of staff showed up at our room with a little cake and a candle which I thought was so lovely and kind! Overall it’s been great staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Welcoming staff, clean rooms and great location!"

"My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). "No decaf tea despite staff saying there was. Excellent service from staff member though who provided a pot of decaf tea (allergy not fad) Floors creaky and toilet bowl felt insecure on floor? Noisy from outside pumping or fan? But LOVELY hotel and will stay again. "

"Had the loveliest stay here. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The room was more than comfortable with all the amenities and even items if you forgot something. A nighttime tea on the pillow and heated bathroom floor was the icing on the cake. Very conveniently located and was able to easily walk to several sights. Highly recommend!"
