"I was a bit nervous about this place based on the mixed reviews I had read. The photos on the site made the property look better than in real life. The hotel itself is run down and in need of some updates. The room was fine and bed was comfortable however the supplies white towels looked old and grey. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was from the sister hotel and was very basic. The location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was perfect for sightseeing but expect lots...

"The room was dated, old and dirty, old NASTY air contioner,chairs were old musty and tv was old only had scrabbled vietnamese channels......what tipped it over the top is when i found a pubic hair on my pillow, when i went downstairs to see if i could get another room,the guy didnt seem to make a big deal about it, i went downstairs next morning and told girl i was checking out, i showedher pictures a d she shugged her shoulders, i left for a better hotel. "Avoid this hotel. The pictures on the website DO NOT represent what the condition of the hotel is currently. It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...
