"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. "My list is long for this hotel which changed names many times. It’s now called the Viet Hotel. The hotel pictures are false advertising. Here is the list of issues: 1. Lobby staff are not friendly and really don’t seem to care about client service. 2. The hotel dining room is so dirty 3.
