Lestar hotel was a lovely boutique hotel, the staff are all welcoming with kind smiles and were helpful with providing information about tours and transportation to and from the airport. The room was cute and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and the breakfast staff were very nice, they kindly made lunchbox for us for our day trip. It was also well priced :) thank you for our stay!

Lestar may be a 3-star hotel but its staff and service are truly 5 stars! Jenny, Mia and colleagues went above and beyond to make our Hanoi stay a wonderful experience. They helped to organise our itinerary for Sapa and day trips to the surrounding region. Communication is excellent, genuine care was shown for guests comfort. The best part of the hotel is the people. Additionally, breakfast on the rooftop was stellar with a stunning view across the city. During our 6-week trip to Japan and Vietnam, we have stayed at a number of 5-star accommodations and Lestar is up there, a gem we were happy to have stumbled upon for a fraction of the price we paid at other places. Highly recommend for an authentic and local stay in the Old Quarter! Loved it, Chi and Helen

This hotel is such a gem!!! Everything is brand new and clean, super comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is delicious, with a good spread of choices. Nonetheless, the absolute best part of my stay was the staff. They are fantastic and really go above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. I traveled with my baby and they took turns to help me look after him so I could enjoy my breakfast in peace... everyone was kind and friendly. Can´t wait to be back.

Very cute boutique hotel. Staff were wonderful. Very attentive and offered great tips for tourist attractions. The hotel was newly remodeled and everything is in pristine condition. I would say it was a little dusty due to the recent renovations but over time that will be resolved. I’ll be back!

Recently upgraded rooms, great customer service from the Front Desk “Jenny” is the Best. Helped me with All The Excursions during my trip and on top of That arranged a private Limousine ride back to Hanoi International AirPort. 5 Stars all around. From opening the hotel doors by the bellman to the Breakfast Buffet in the 10th Floor. Spectacular is the word.

Amazing hotel!! Freshly renovated, staff was incredible especially Jenny and GeGe. Jenny helped me with all the excursions reservations. She’s an asset to any organization that she works for. The Breakfast on the 10th floor is Fantastic, great variety of fresh fruit and Pho of course, yes for breakfast.

Wonderful stay, in a perfect location as well and although the road was busy you couldn’t hear a sound from the roads. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

I loved my short stay at Lester Hotel Hanoi. Gigi and Jenny made great recommendations to visit the city and to enjoy the local gastronomy. They helped me book tickets for the show at the Water Puppet Theatre. They really made my stay feel very special. The hotel is really beautiful with lots of artwork on the wall, it looks fresh and renovated. The room is comfortable (the one I booked was not very spacious but very functional and pleasant). I liked the room and the bathroom designs. The breakfast is very good with a good selection of local and western options. Remember to try the noodle soup for breakfast! I liked the location, at walking distance from the mural street and from the train street. I like walking, and it was really nice walking to the Old Quarter. Alternatively, I also took Grab easily when I was in a hurry. I also appreciated that the hotel offered a one-pager with tips about Hanoi, like: the art of crossing the street. I would definitely return at Lestar Hotel Hanoi. Highly recommendable.

Everything about our stay at Lestar Hotel Hanoi was enjoyable. The facility was well located and beautifully maintained, the staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast spread was divine. They made us feel so comfortable and it’s perfectly placed right by the old quarter so you never have to go far for anything you need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

お部屋は清潔で、ゆったりできました。朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、卵料理かスープを作ってくれます。1日目はオムレツ、2日目はフォーをリクエストしました。どちらも美味しかったです。スタッフも優しくて、早朝のチェックアウトの際、サンドイッチを持たせてくれました。タクシーも手配してもらい、安心して出発できました。シャワーの水圧が弱めですが、安くてサービス満点なので、OKです！

Klasse Hotel nah der Altstadt
Sehr freundiches, sauberes und gut geführtes, kleineres Hotel fußläufig zur Altstadt. Bequemes Bett und tolles Frühstück mit viel Liebe und guter Auswahl im 10. Stock mit Aussicht. Ungeheuer freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen für Leute, die nicht direkt im Gewimmel der (teilweise sehr lauten) Altstadt wohnen wollen und 10 Minuten Fußweg in Kauf nehmen.
