"Great relaxing vibe here in the heart of the city. Our balcony room was a decent size, very comfortable and clean. All the staff we came into contact with were exceptional during our short one night stay from the reception staff through to Mark at the fabulous rooftop bar he was a credit to the hotel very engaging and helpful. Would love to come back to Aira Boutique certainly a great choice in Hanoi. "
