"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

"Lovely place but the spa wasn’t good. Too small and you are misled on the facilities. The gym, changing rooms and pool were tiny and tired. Nowhere to relax. However the hotel was lovely. Needs another bar/lounge. The grounds and the area were beautiful! Staff excellent and beautifully trained. A few stood out…Darren and Tom in the bar, Tom Ly and Maria in the reception and Jerry at breakfast were memorable for their excellent service/manner. "

"There were some unfair comments online made about the hotel which I disagree with. The hotel met our expectations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just transitioning into Christmas and the decorations and aroma in reception and the lounges was beautiful. The Spa was reasonably quiet and we found the saunas and outdoor pool to be clean and enjoyable.
