We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff."

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Landmark, right from the welcome drink at check in. Room was so comfortable and exactly what we needed as a family of four. Meals at the Champagne Bar and the breakfast buffet were all superb. Kids loved the pool. Room service was superb. Cannot fault the stay in the slightest"

"We arrived later than we had planned and hence did not experience as much of the Ritz as we had originally hoped. What we did experience was, as expected, exceptional. The staff (from the gentlemen at the door to the reception staff and those who served breakfast) were all extremely polite, very well presented and all gave the impression that no request would be too difficult for them.
