"Stayed at hotel for a random one night weekend family get away. I read the usual reviews prior to booking which was enough for me to take a chance. I must say, the hotel did not disapoint, the staff were friendly, hotel clean and the grounds were gorgeous. When you travel with children it can often feel like your in the way of other hotel guests, especially couples who are wanting that romantic trip away. "Bed was very hot in down duvet - no sheets to use instead. Nice spacious junior suite that we upgraded to but bed same size as normal, same coffee machine and disappointed there was no Elemis toiletries as stated. Bed side table was not in good condition. Not sure it was worth the upgrade."
