"Very convenient location to the NEC. Hotel and rooms had all you needed for a overnight stay, comfy bed, decent size room/bathroom/clean. Was able to park earlier than check in time for a small charge, rest of the stay had free parking. Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough. Thank you would definitely stay/recommend "

"This is a great hotel for early flights, or even not so early. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a real bonus The staff are efficient and helpful. We ate in the Aviator Bar which was great for a light late lunch. We then had dinner in the restaurant when we were looked after by the lovely Daniel. He was friendly, attentive and charming. A real star. "

"Airport hotel convenient for a layover. Shuttle (GBP 6) is only running once an hour, so I chose public transport, which is available, if you can walk your luggage and yourself the 300 or so yards on either bookend of the journey, manage the few steps, etc. For myself, no problem, but when I travel with my elderly mother, I will use a taxi instead. It is just a few miles from terminal 2 to the hotel. My room was quiet, which is amazing, given the location. Disappointing was that I had to pay GBP...

"comfortable traditional hotel refurbished. Room on the top floor ok for one night but fairly small made more claustrophobic by the view from the windows being half blocked by the parapets of the edifice. Comfortable bed and great breakfast"
