"Just home from a great stay in this hotel where the stars of the show are the staff. Reception staff (especially Hayden) were a delight, and the cocktails in the bar were phenomenal thanks to the expert skills of Darren the bartender! We love Glasgow and will be back"

"Due to severe weather almost everything in Edinburgh was closed for the day and I had to spend the whole day and an extra night in the hotel. Even though there were very few staff due to the storm those who in made sure we had food and went out of their way to be accomodating and make residents feel secure."
