"Everything good except that the housekeeping still went in our even though we hang the sign not to clean the room. And im fine them cleaning the room and changed fhe sheets, its just that they throw out our food and we ended up not having dinner but when i inform the staff they are very nice to give us chicken burgers. But they left the garbage on the night stand. But other wise its good"

The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. "I love this place! I came back here after having an amazing stay over Christmas. The staff are lovely and the rooms are cozy. The village is beautiful, quiet, and very serene. The canal is nearby and is a lovely walk. The view from my room overlooked the village, valley, and Avon River. With the frost on the ground, it turned magical! "
