The location is excellent it was easy to find and accessible to many places around Edinburgh. The underground rooms were quieter and dark for a good sleep, we felt safe, relaxed and comfortable. The flexibility to come in and go anytime was a bonus. The extended car park was also very handy. The limited dining was a downer for us as we had no breakfast on site. Overall the property meets all the basic requirements for coaches and brief weekend getaway.
