I cannot fault this hotel really. Was a bit cold with the duvet supplied. But there is heating in the room once you figure how it works. The only real nagging point is that there was not enough tea, sugar and milk for two people. Only stayed one night but would stay again. Great end when we shared a lift with members of UB40 who we saw the night before in concert.

The hotel is in a great location just south of the city centre, we arrived late so went to the bar for a night cap and it had a really nice atmosphere, service and the cocktails were very good! There is a car park right next door with a special rate for hotel guests so it worked perfectly for us.

Cracking hotel in a convenient location in the city centre. Only a brisk 5 minute walk from the station. Can’t comment on the parking facilities as driving to and around Leeds is an absolute mare. Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out and all points in between. Arrived early, but still got checked in and an upgraded room to boot. Room was neat, clean, tidy and mahoosive. Bed was comfy and pillows were plentiful, although a bit squishy for my own personal taste. Breakfast is well worth it too. Didn’t see Gino though.

We initially thought the location was perfect, in a pretty square close to the shops. That was until we couldn't get to sleep until at least 3am due to noise from neighbouring bar/s, music, shouting, cars revving engines, etc. We had windows closed and were in a family room on the 5th floor. We had to ask reception for ear plugs at 1.30am. They didn't make any difference. It thoroughly spoilt our stay, at almost £200 for one night it was galling to be honest and we won't ever risk returning.
