"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"Our check in is very memorable because it is for a engagement proposal. Around 6:30pm April 5th I checked in for my friends who will arrange the room for the proposal the next morning. The receptionist named SUBHA if very professional, helpful and considerate. Got the keys to the room, checked the room and the view of the Niagara Falls is amazing. Next Morning 10am the engagement proposal happened and its a success and very memorable."
