"My hotel booking was changed to the Hilton because of a plumbing issue. I had an issue when I proceeded to check out. I had decided to pay by debit but the hotel ended up charging my mother’s credit card which I stressed on check in that I did not want happening. It was my mother’s birthday gift to stay at the hotel. There was also a strange charge of $56 that was not made clear. There was some confusion until the person understood to undo the credit card charge for me to pay by debit. I’m not sure how this happened in the first place?"

"Location was excellent right in the center of everything. Once there you could walk to all the attractions. Parking was inexpensive. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant had amazing food. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend. April was a good month to be there "

"My room view was that of the rooftop with a garbage bucket right outside my window. Still trying to figure out if the bed was a king or queen as I had ordered a king for two people and we were lying too close for comfort. The room had small ants in which I killed 6 while I was sitting on the toilet. Could not raise the bathtub plug to drain water from a shower and the faucet continued to drip with a steady and slow stream after trying to shut it as best as I could. On the positive side, room service was excellent as they brought me a toothbrush and paste right away as I had forgotten to bring it. Also the front desk was very courteous. "

"I actually really look forward to the Ramada on my trips to Niagara. Their welcoming staff make it so easy to check in and they make you feel comfortable. We can all around hospitable experience now the hotel itself some renovations absolutely I believe with some reservations. This would probably be one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and that’s a strong statement because I travel quite frequently staff 10 out of 10 couldn’t ask for more also the location is extremely convenient and quite central with many restaurants, convenience, stores, and attractions around looking to stay in Niagara. You might want to check this one out. "

"Great location. It is located between the fall and cliffton hill. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Staffs are friendly. The only draw back is that you will be charged extra $25 per day for parking after booking the hotel."
