"Checkin to the property was swift and efficient..entering lobby was spectacular quaint countryside decor, along with magnificent dining room..did not get to experience the ground floor suites as we asked for a quieter area of establishment due to influx of young girls due to cheerleading conference. We were relocated to an older unrenovated area at the rear where the walls were paper thin and could hear everything from the rooms next door. This place allows pets which was disturbing to us as room near us had a barking dog at numerous times throughout the night ..this was unacceptable!! Management was made aware of this but barking dog issue persisted…"

"My hotel booking was changed to the Hilton because of a plumbing issue. I had an issue when I proceeded to check out. I had decided to pay by debit but the hotel ended up charging my mother’s credit card which I stressed on check in that I did not want happening. It was my mother’s birthday gift to stay at the hotel. There was also a strange charge of $56 that was not made clear. There was some confusion until the person understood to undo the credit card charge for me to pay by debit. I’m not sure how this happened in the first place?"
