"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "The thing I disliked the most is parking costs! $100 CND inside the hotel per night and $50 offsite! That’s LUDICROUS for a top end hotel like the Hilton! I’m disabled with mobility issues and made the staff aware of this even flashing my disability parking permit and it still did not mater said all handicap spots were taken! Appalling in this day and age! Hotel was great otherwise!"
