"I loved everything about this property, except the price of parking my car. My wife and I stayed when attending a show at the Avalon theatre. Was super convenient, with the covered walkway to the Fallsview Hotel!"

"I had the absolute best experience staying at this property for two nights! Sukh Gill and David checked us in and they were so sweet and kind to us! Both days we were there they made it a point to say hi to us when we passed by! They both deserve a huge raise and it promotion! "

"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. I would probably come back here but hope these observations can be improved. "

"Very convenient hotel the closest to the falls. The bad reviews about breakfast totally false. Breakfast was very tasty hot and a nice assortment. They had a lot of staff available to help breakfast smoothly. Super organized it is just a big hotel that they are offering free breakfast if you don’t get there early expect a wait. Everything walkable from hotel. Don’t upgrade for higher floors. With 44 floors it takes a while to get room and you spend the day looking at the falls up close. "
