"Great place to stay when flights are canceled. Love the convenience to airport. Very friendly staff. Husband asked if they had an overnight kit. We were given razor, shaving cream, toothbrushes &toothpaste & a comb. Much appreciated. "

"My family stayed here over spring break. Checkin was fast and seamless. The bellman met us at the car and took our bags up to our room. The staff was helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly. Front desk was helpful. The bar/restaurant closed for a few days, but the front desk gave us bottled water. Hotel is nicely located near Francesca’s and Wildberry Cafe, which we enjoyed during our time. We took taxis and Ubers while we were in town. Checkout was a bit more chaotic. The Bellman did...

"The beds are uncomfortably hard. If you like an extra hard mattress you might like the beds. There are no mini fridges in the rooms even though there is a space for one in the cabinet under the TV. "

"The only thing that I would suggest is a more variety of food items in the restaurant (buffalo wings, pizza, pasta, shrimp, nachos, etc. The froze breakfast sausage is undesirable pas and the toast is over toasted. The servers could be friendly too. The bartenders were great and nice to talk with. "

"With so many hotel options in Chicago it was a bit nerve-wracking to pick one. But I am SO GLAD we stayed at L7 Chicago by Lotte. The room and lobby were beautiful! Just gorgeous. So many amenities that made the experience so pleasant: filtered sink water in the room, an air purifier in the room (great source of white noise for sleeping), an electric tea pot in the room, yoga mat and foot massage balls in the room, two facial packs in the room, snacks and a variety of hot beverages free in the lobby. Plus great location!! Not one complaint (other than many an in-room microwave would have been nice). Loved this hotel!"
