"My family and I enjoyed this hotel. The location was good, it felt like a mostly safe area (though we were approached a couple of times by people asking for money while standing out front). Valet parking at the hotel is pricey (expected in downtown Chicago), but we parked in a garage around the corner for less ($53). The happy hour was nice- limited snacks, but the complimentary drinks, 2 per evening, were appreciated! And the breakfast offerings were pretty good, but get there early! I believe...

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again! The rooms were so clean and cozy — the perfect place to unwind after I had been running around the city all day. The staff was also so friendly as well. I have to give Graciela a big shout out — I left my glasses in the lobby while I was checking out, she was so understanding and made it possible that I could get my glasses shipped to me within a few hours. Thank you!!"

"Stayed for a night on a business trip. Good location, great hotel. Only drawback is lobby was pumping loud music, however when I got in the elevator back to quiet. Room extremely nice and cool design. Staff very kind and helpful. Would stay again."
