Front desk staff were less than welcoming. Their behavior was the same whether you were checking in face to face or calling down with a request. Our room advertised should have had a refrigerator. However, there was no refrigerator in our room. When we inquired at the desk the front desk attendant questioned us, but then called housekeeping/maintenance. We waited up for the delivery and it never came. No one phones us about the status. We asked again the next morning when we requested ice (the ice was not accessible to hotel guests). After maintenance checked every cabinet, etc, they brought in a refrigerator. We called again later in the day for more ice as the refrigerator was not cool. The maintenance person questioned why we needed more ice! Staff acted as though it was a bother for us to be guests.

Perfect location, nice staff and very responsive to requests. Would definitely come again. Restaurant coffee was too expensive. Wished there was a convenient type”store” on premises where you can buy water, etc.

Very old school vibe with non updated rooms. No close outlets other than on the entry desk. I extended my stay 3 days and house keeping did not clean my room. It's nice for a short stay but don't expect the works.

Overall the hotel was fine. One of the issues was no restaurant for breakfast. No availability to get a cup of coffee. You have to walk about two blocks to a Starbucks. Fortunately, the weather was good so not an issue.

For an old property, the rooms were quite nice and clean. The location was in a good part of town. I never felt unsafe. On the flip side however, I did notice paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling and the AC barely worked. So, if you like a cool room, be prepared to sweat. I ran into other guests that complained about their ACs not working well also, so it was not just isolated to my room.
