"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of city center and ovo arena. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable(only issue we had was the iron leaving black marks on my white shirt, thankfully they did wash out). Did not eat in dining area so cannot comment (looked nice though) The pool, and steam room were wonderful and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Would come back again. "

"I booked this hotel a while ago and I then read the reviews and there were some which made me think about cancelling. However, I am glad I didn't. Nice, hotel and great customer service. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room available to use from 6am to 11pm which was great. The breakfast was good and being vegetarians the chef cooked vegan sausages for us. Location not too far from York city centre, we walked it there and caught a taxi back to the hotel and it cost £8.40 which was resonable."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "
