Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful and the shower controls were mindblowing; the only downside is the pillows/mattress aren’t too comfortable, but everything else about the property is fantastic. "A lovely hotel in a lovely quiet spot over looking Frensham Pond. Room huge, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Bar area a little subdued and lacked some atmosphere, it could have done with some back ground music. Staff were nice enough but sadly lacked enthusiasm and interaction with their customers. Those working in the bar didn’t acknowledge us when waiting to be served and there was no communication or warm welcome, to the extent we felt a little awkward. Breakfast offer was...

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. However, the spa wasn’t what I expected. For the price of the room and the amount we spent for a three-night stay, I felt that access to the spa should have been complimentary. It was a bit disappointing considering the overall cost and it wasn’t that great."
