"Claire - Reception Desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, she made my birthday special by taking care of the car park fees and gave me a complimentary gift for my birthday. The surroundings are clean and elegant. The bedroom was very clean, spacious and quiet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the dinner menu is limited, needs to offer more options for vegans, vegetarians and pescaterians. "Hot water fluctuated. Central location handy for walking about town. Staff helpful, especially at breakfast which was filling. "

"It was perfect for the lone female business self employed traveller and had everything I needed , fridge, microwave. These were a godsend. Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) "
