"A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "

"They cancelled our booking. And 2 other couples we were meeting there. And then you reminded me in the run up to the weekend that we had a booking adding insult to injury. Now you want a review. Shambolic is all i can say."

"Great location between Bath and Bristol. Room was quite small and a little tired but perfectly acceptable. Breakfast choice was excellent, we used the restaurant one evening, the food was really good. Parking is available but it’s not a big area and is used by guests and restaurant patrons so it does get busy."

"The staff were so lovely and professional especially the lady who gave us a quiet room. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The only issue we had was with the mattress. Not only it was very hard but all the springs were digging into my body. For the second night I asked for a topper and they kindly provided me with one but that didn’t help much either as all the springs were still prodding me. Unfortunately I have come home with an aching body. "
