"Friendly check in and departures, able to leave bag. Pool was quite small so felt crowded with 20 people. No biscuits in room with tea/coffee. Could do with a fridge and a wee table for sitting at."

"We comprised a group of 6 adults and 3 young children and this house was ideal. It has lots of space, big common areas and a fabulous kitchen for cooking in. The children loved the fact that there are two staircases! The bedrooms are plentiful and comfortable with nice bedding. There are plenty of bathrooms too. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished.Our vacation was in February 2025 so not great weather but that didn't spoil our trip; there are plenty of nearby activities. ...

"Booked the blythswood hotel as a treat for my partner and have been looking forward to it for months. Staff were very accommodating, the room was stunning and the spa was excellent. Service could have been slightly better. Ordered room service - they forgot items from our order. For breakfast the food wasn’t great - ordered poached eggs which when arrived were hard boiled.
