"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you "

Very comfortable bed with top quality bedding. Really hot water and great shower rounds it out. Quiet and dark making it perfect for a good nights sleep. Felt like I was in a luxurious train sleeper car without the movement!!"
