"It was evident that the staff took great pride in working for Iberostar. The hospitality was 5 star. Seeing the workers around the property ensuring that it was maintained well, was a plus. Some of the minus's - the lock on the sliding doors in our room wasn't secure (front desk made aware) and hot water for showers was non existent. Would have settled for lukewarm water, it never happened. "

"Beach bungalow is only way to book this property! Amazing to be able to sit on porch at ocean and walk right onto beach. Caribbean water is great, very clear, snorkeling is good, very enjoyable swimming for all ages. No seaweed!!! Food needs improvements, buffets and sit down restaurants are average at best. Reservation restaurants were just dressed up buffet selections. Didn’t like the full self-service thing they have going on with buffet, I understand there is a lot of people but I spent...
