"Property grounds were well kept, staff were attentive. Food and drink were at best mediocre. WiFi was available but not good, Restaurants were lacking and only one reservation was allowed in a given 24 hours period. Room service was available however a fee per item was added and prices were steep and food quality was not good. Beach was amazing and pay services for cabanas were worth it. Pools need an upgrade. "The resort was nice. Second time there and we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. What stands out among this resort over every other resort we have been to is that the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Also, there didn't seem to be an expectations to tip, but we wanted to tip because of just how great they were. And it was always appreciated. "The report was amazing - quiet and not crowded at all. There were a few bumps in the road but nothing major. One of the room pillows had mold on it and there were some inconsistencies with the wait staff on what was available versus what was not but OVERALL, an amazing place with amazing people! "
