"Overall, we had a great time at Majestic Elegance, and think it was a very good value for money. Our butler JC was incredibly helpful in booking us several services and was very attentive and responsive. "The employees are so nice and welcoming. The resort is very safe and the staff is very warm. The pool/ beach/ bars/ restaurants are all wonderful. Although cats fighting at night woke me up, the room is large and well kept. Each room has a balcony which is so nice. Housekeeping does a great job maintaining the room and checking back at night. Will stay again for sure! "

"I really enjoyed this resort. The food was delicious. My room was great . It was renovated with the partial ocean view. During my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. In the check in- Valentina and William went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The downside is the resort is very big with a lot of guests, but it didn’t bother me that much. Beautiful beach, delicious food, a variety of pools, good entertainments, affordable price- they have it all. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Front desk and concierge was quick to act on any request. Rooms were well kept clean and medern. Restaurants were nice and food was well executed. "The property was huge with so much to do! We stayed on the adult side and were upgraded to an ocean view! Our room was the perfect location to the pool and beach. At night we watched the show and enjoyed some fun in the casino and disco. We had a great time. "
