"I stay here all the time, service wasn’t up to par. Usually 5star plus for everything. It was a little off this stay. I’ve always brought my 5lb yorkie and loved that this hotel is dog friendly… it’s changed its policy to only service dogs. I think a better solution would be not dogs over 15-20lbs. I visit a few times a year with my daughter and stay minimum 3 nights. I hope you consider adjusting your dog policy. I also hope staff and service were just having and off few days and will...

"Excellent remodelled property. The star rating is questionable when it comes to in room supplies. But great overall. The pool is difficukt to getnin as no attendent is there and the scanner for key card was faulty. Also did not see any change rooms or sauna as tood to ke by front desk staff. If it was then just too dofficult to find. Rooms are good and fits business travellers. "
