"The stay was good. But hotel needs a lot of upgrading. Some rooms were dull and dirty. More care needs to be taken when cleaning rooms, especially making the beds."

"Great hotel, we have stayed at Alt’s around the country and they’re always nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. New smart panels in the rooms were very cool. Great location. Only complaint which is minor, water temperature should be higher. Hottest it would go is just above luke warm. "

"Front counter attendant wasn't professional . She was using WhatsApp video with some body during the check-in ,whe I called the front services left me in she let me hold indefinitely twice."
