"Even after studying all the reviews and YouTube videos, Ascott Marunouchi Hotel exceeded our expectations. Front desk staff spoke fluent English! My only suggestion before staying there would be to map walkable dining options (Particularly breakfast) Be realistic. Where are you going to eat? Might want to stop at a grocery store and make use of the full kitchen -even for a short stay. After full days of exhausting sightseeing, the walk from Tokyo Station felt really long. Awesome hotel. "We recently stayed at this property as family of three , with our 7 years old daughter. The location is very convenient with so many different dining options. Walking distance to Shimbashi station and Ginza.The room is somewhat reasonable for Tokyo size. Perhaps more suitable for couple instead of family with kids. We have enjoyable stay in this hotel. "

"Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. We appreciated that the staff spoke English as we only spoke a little Japanese. We really enjoyed staying at this...

"The Capitol Hotel is elegant, beautifully fashionable in an understated sophisticated calming manner. All staff are excellent and very polite and attentive. Breakfast is a phenomenal treat of fresh fruits, vegetables, berries, fish, meats, baked pastries, jams etc. My only comment is that both lunch (in the main dining room) portions and the Chinese dinner portions are slightly too small but absolutely delicious and the service is excellent. We loved our 2 night stay and our morning swims...
