"Super convenient location since the subway runs in the same building. Concierge was a little less helpful than I’m used to. Rooms were also smaller than expected but I’ve heard that’s just a Tokyo thing. Great view and the restaurant / breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in this area too since it’s a bit more quiet than what you normally get in Tokyo. "

"Our room was top notch, complete with a cyprus bath for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredible, open to all questions and even providing translation with a taxi driver. Plenty of restaurants at the hotel if that's your preference, and a close walk to more restaurants nearby. "

"Nicely appointed room and bathroom. Good breakfast buffet but sometimes too crowded. Very good coin laundry. Close to public transport. Nearby construction was noisy. Housekeeping should start a bit earlier. Check in procedure is very inconvenient with long wait times - no early check ins. Staff is friendly."
