"The hotel is in a great location being right next to the main station in Tokyo, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in organising taxis and restaurants reservations. Saido Sato escorted myself and friends to our booked taxis and made sure the driver knew where to take us all. Thank you Saido. Sadly the hotel’s bar is a Cigar bar so we all had to go elsewhere for an evening drink. "
