Very convenient touch down spot in Tokyo as the Shinagawa train station also has the bullet train for additional regional travel and the subway for around Tokyo sightseeing. Lots of choices for dining and the top storey bar has amazing view of Tokyo at night and is a great place to hang out.

We stayed at the main tower-overall the facilities are outdated ie carpet was stained, room smelled musky, bathroom tiles some are molded/yellowy stained, shower faucet outdated, limited personal care provided (just tooth brush and towel), room main light switch turns everything off instead of leaving the night table lights on, tv keeps freezing/stops Lobby lacks direction signs. Baggage handling staff though were very helpful and courteous thanks

The main building facility is not new even staying at 35-37 higher floor level that indicated as newly renovated… it appears Sakura Tower to be the one to stay if available. The location is very good with close access to billet train and other public transportations.
