Very nice hotel with plenty of good dining options. The location is ideal as it’s only a few min walk from Shinagawa Station. This hotel is an ideal “base of operations” when visiting Tokyo or even Japan in general. The Shinkansen and the NEX both run through this station making the location extremely convenient.

This hotel is dated. We arrived at 2pm for checkin but they were quick to usher us to the lobby sitting area as check in counted didn’t open until 3pm. For a large hotel with 3 towers you would expect there to be a 24 hour customer service desk. When we finally checked in at 3pm our hotel room cards were not ready so we were asked to sit and wait another 5 minutes and had to return to the counter ourselves to collect them. Overall for a 4 star hotel, I would not stay here again for the price I paid.
