"The hotel had a beautiful garden with multiple restaurants and shops. The breakfast options were wonderful with a variety of Japanese or western choices. The staff were so polite and accommodating as well. The room was clean, with plenty of hot water and great amenities. The beds could have been more comfortable but overall a good experience."

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "
