Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!

It in a great place, got transport for all areas, but I just walked everywhere and longest walk was 1 hour 58 but I loved getting lost and finding hidden shrines and gems. Only downside which has nothing to do with hotel was the shopping and restaurants area at top of the road, loads of women asking to give massages and black men trying to force you into clubs, but just ignore them and it fine. Shops and restaurants themselves was great. But I hope I can get back to Japan soo

Very clean and relatively new hotel property. It looked well maintained and everything worked for us. I was a bit worried when I read the mixed reviews, but I had a great experience. Check in and check out was smooth. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was compact as expected, similar to other hotels, but the space was well designed (e.g. luggage storage space under the bed). The bed was comfortable. It is actually possible to change the temperature in the room on a panel by the light switches. It’s the mode (heating vs. cooling) that is set as part of a central HVAC system, which is typical for large buildings. I don’t know why anyone would want cooling mode in the middle of winter. The room was a bit cold so I set it to 22C and it was fine. Surprisingly had no long waits for the elevator, but I can see that being a bottleneck when it is busy. Main downside is being next to the highway, which I could hear from the room, but didn’t affect my sleep. Although daily amenities and fresh towels are a norm, I would have preferred to just get these by request to reduce waste. Overall, great value for the room and much better than my expectations.

I really liked my extended stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind. Be it the concierge staff or the restaurant staff. I was fortunate enough to have the breakfast included in my stay and I really enjoyed it. Of the food included in their breakfast, I particularly enjoyed their dumplings, pizza, fried chicken, and bean sprouts. I will say, the restaurant staff goes out of their way to show their hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again someday. Thank you everyone!

Room was as advertised. Only issue was the building only had one elevator so we sometimes had to wait a long time to go up/down, especially during checkout times. Hotel was a short walk away from two major subway lines and close to konbeni’s, restaurants, and bars.

I impressed by yhe staff, especially the professionalism of the cleaning staff. They were comsiderate and did a fantastic job. Also, the hotel does well not to be wasteful, as they schedule bedding changes every 3 days, and will clean your hotel upon request .

We found the hotel clean and comfortable. It has a good location, close to transport links. There are interesting places to visit within walking distance, including great restaurants. The breakfast on site was really good,and the staff very polite and helpful.Highly recommend.
