Small pillows or Not enough pillows for bed. Lobby was small. For same price we stayed at Hotel Indigo Shibuya, which was fancier and breakfast was amazing. Koko hotel was clean, comfortable and easy, although seems expensive for what we get.

Love the hotel, really comfortable bed, great shower, a good variety of food items for breakfast. We were there for 12 nights and had a wonderful stay. It’s across from Tsukiji fish market and outer markets. Directly across is bus stop for 5-1, 5-2 and 4 bus that goes into downtown Ginza. Subway stop is 5-7 minute walk. very convenient. I would stay there again.
