"I like a very quiet, clean, good nick hotel. This hotel clearly fits. I was pretty jet lagged and didn't appreciate someone banging on the door for turndown service right after I got to sleep. There was a do not disturb button I couldn't see in the dark but it worked once I found it. The Japanese restaurants were probably good but I couldn't get a reservation when I wanted and probably looked too shabby to get in without one. I'm pretty much a peasant and look like one. Next time I'll go...

"I had such a lovely time. New Otani garden hotel is amazing and when I come back to Tokyo in a few months, this is the hotel I will be staying at again. I walked everywhere, Shinjuku was very near by and a vast amount of Japanese gardens as well. I am very satisfied. Thank to the staff and the management of new otani garden tower hotel. "Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station and was a great place to begin and end our trip to Japan. The views from the rooms were spectacular especially at night. The staff was wonderful and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious especially the strawberry waffles and ricotta pancakes. We appreciated that the staff spoke English as we only spoke a little Japanese. We really enjoyed staying at this...
