"Overall our stay was good. Food was nice and room was clean. Only issue was front desk staff were not aware of reservations and packages on our booking, which were made through a third party (hotels.com). Guessing there is a breakdown in communication somewhere"

No tea or coffe facilities in the room, only one lift work, wasn’t offered anything help discount nothing at all. No cups in your room no kettle nothing. Paid for queen room , had a view of car park. Was a birthday night away. Stayed in room 309. Never ever again. "
