"Good location on Upper West Side -- easy sfe walks to 72nd and 79th IRT stations. Lincoln Center also an easy 15' or less walk. Fairway Supermarket across on Broadway and Trader Joes just a couple blocks down so one can take advantage of room kitchenette if you wish (and it was decently stocked in terms of utensils and pots and pans). Lots of restaurants nearby. My king sized room was apporpriately spacious and worth the extra $$$. Elevators worked well and at most had to wait one minute. All in all look forward to repeating my stay in a year or two."

"It's a good budget friendly hostel considering how expensive NYC is. Nice facilities and everyone is cordial with each other. About 5-10 mins walk to subway station, and there's a whole foods and trader joes within a few blocks away. "

"We loved this experience and would do it again. Service and facility were first rate, top to bottom. Views are mesmerizing. The location was perfect for us. A subway stop is steps away from the front door. Central Park is across the street. I have stayed at Trump facilities before; this one met our high expectations. This one has our highest recommendation."
