"I loved that they took into consideration that it was my birthday and left me a very lovely note and some sparkling wine with some cute plastic flute cups and the view was amazing. loved the staff always smiling and attentive to my needs. "

Our room was nice but several things were broken. the nightstand had a tilt to it so anything placed on it would fall off, and a cheap radio was screwed to it which took up most of the space. Get rid of those. The walk-in shower floor tilted away from the drain, so every shower flooded most of the bathroom floor. The trendy design is nice in photos but to live with it for a week is frustrating. "

"This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel near Penn Station and the Fashion District. In fact, the only problem was the weird shower. The door is in the end of the shower that is away from the shower head so you have to lean into the shower pretty far to turn it on. There is no way to keep from getting doused with cold water unless you have very long arms!"
